Thanks to the convenience of our online file transfer system you can easily send a file from your computer to ours in a matter of minutes by using the form at the bottom of this page. But before you do so, please review the following important information:
ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Artwork requirements vary depending on the process we use to produce your order however, as a general rule, we like to receive all artwork in either Adobe Illustrator (up to and including version CS) or Photoshop (up to and including CS1).
When designing your artwork, pay special attention to the size proportions to ensure that it properly fits the dimensions of your product.
We suggest saving your artwork at 10% of actual size.
We use 3 different manufacturing processes when producing flags and banners and artwork requirements vary between the processes:
Digital Printing:
For spot colours we require vector art with all text converted to paths and Pantone values assigned. If there are any placed images, please include all linked and embedded files with your composite file. Use CMYK colour space.
Refrain from using special effects such as overprinting, transparencies etc. When blending colours, do not blend a PMS colour to a process colour. Minimum resolution for raster images should be 100 ppi at full size. Do not resize low res artwork. If available, send us a hard copy that we can scan.
Screen Printing:
Since most screen printed orders are line art, we require a vector file. All text must be converted to paths and PMS values assigned. We do offer full colour CMYK screen printing however before submitting artwork, please send us a JPG of the image so we can review the project to make possible cost saving recommendations.
Sewn-Appliqued:
We always prefer vector art for sewn-appliqued jobs however if none is available, please send us whatever digital artwork you have. Chances are we can work from your file (a small art charge may apply in some cases).
Just enter your information in the spaces below and click the "send file" button. We'll send you an e-mail to confirm that we've received your file. It's that easy.
